I've been having a hard time sleeping lately. I do feel tired but just cant seems to fall asleep or sleep soundly. My mind goes thingking what needs to be done. I'm trying hard to fall asleep and emptying my mind but I can't. This is very different from a few years ago. I feel asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. A time loke this is one of those nights I have trouble sleeping. Tonight, I'd decided to get up and put this down.
